Do I respect my peers? Are we a team having fun or some individual contributors that just get the job done? Does my team set a high bar for performance? Is there a high level of trust?

MY MANAGER

Does my manager recognize me for doing a good job? Does he/she care about me? Is he/she responsive and follows up on things we discuss in our 1-1’s? Do I have regular 1-1’s that are focused on my own development or are they just status meetings?

MY COMPENSATION / RECOGNITION

Am I fairly compensated for my job compared to others? Do I get recognized in a way that I find rewarding when I have been doing something really well?
